A Will is the only way to make sure your savings and possessions go to the people and charities you care about. Leaving a Will should remove any doubt about who you want to leave your estate to and thereby avoiding disputes between relatives.
Many people incorrectly believe I you die without preparing a Will their family will be able to deal with everything when in many situations this is not guaranteed to happen. By preparing a Will shall ensure what happens to your estate including important decisions such as the appointment of guardians for any children under 18.
In your Will you can also state your funeral wishes, if you wish to leave a gift to anyone or a gift to charity and who you wish to inherit in the end.
At WLS we make the process as simple and straight forward as possible for you.
If you are over 60 then please see our Will for Free Programme for further details.
